01Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using TryBee (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

02Description of service

TryBee is a Shopify application that enables merchants to offer “Try Before You Buy” functionality to their customers. The service allows customers to order products, try them at home for a specified period, and only pay for items they choose to keep.

03User accounts and registration

To use TryBee, you must have a valid Shopify store and agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration process.

3.1 Account security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account

04Acceptable use

You agree to use TryBee only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws
• Transmit or upload any content that infringes upon another party’s intellectual property rights
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service or its servers
• Use the service to transmit spam, bulk emails, or other unsolicited communications

05Payment terms

TryBee operates on a subscription based pricing model. Payment terms include:

5.1 Subscription fees

• Monthly or annual subscription fees are charged in advance
• All fees are non refundable except as expressly provided in these terms
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5.2 Transaction fees

Additional transaction fees may apply based on your usage volume and selected plan. These fees will be clearly outlined in your plan details.

06Data and privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

6.1 Data processing

• We process data necessary to provide our services
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

07Intellectual property

The TryBee service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TryBee and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

08Third party services

TryBee integrates with various third party services including Shopify, payment processors, and shipping providers. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service.

09Service availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

9.1 Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with 30 days notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

10Limitation of liability

In no event shall TryBee, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TryBee from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service.

12Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will cease immediately
• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Data retention policies outlined in our Privacy Policy apply

13Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14Dispute resolution
